NaturalSof Mini is a proven catalytic solution for limescale prevention. The NaturalSof Mini has been specifically designed for applications requiring extremely low flow rates, such as coffee machines and humidifiers. By simply replacing a section of pipe or tubing, the NaturalSof Mini takes up no space. There is no need for electricity or a drain.

In the NaturalSof Mini, a non-sacrificial lead free catalytic core made of a special alloy is housed within a non-reactive stainless steel (304) tube. NaturalSof catalytic products do not require the use of dielectric fittings.

NSPRO – CATALYTIC HARD WATER CONDITIONS

As an alternative to conventional ion exchange units or in applications in which ion exchange units are not practical, NaturalSof PRO is an industry proven catalytic solution to hard water limescale build-up. The NaturalSof PRO system does not soften water in the traditional sense of removing calcium and replacing it with sodium. As an alternative,

By creating a soft, non-bonding limescale crystal, NaturalSof PRO utilizes the properties of calcium carbonate (limescale). The crystals are less than one micron in size. In single-pass applications, they flow to the drain, and in recirculating applications, they are removed through blowdown. The NaturalSof PRO does not add or remove anything from your water.

A non-sacrificial lead-free catalytic core is housed within a non-reactive stainless steel (304) tube in NaturalSof PRO. NaturalSof PRO does not require the use of dielectric fittings.

You may treat entire buildings or individual pieces of equipment. Be sure to place additional NaturalSof PRO units on the hot water recirculating pumps when protecting heating equipment.

For recirculating applications such as water features or cooling towers, a NaturalSof PRO must be sized for the entire loop, not just the make-up water. The basin water can be recirculated in order to utilize a smaller NaturalSof PRO unit. 20% of the total recirculating flow is recommended in this case.

NaturalSof does not soften water in the traditional sense of removing calcium and replacing it with sodium. As far as your water is concerned, NaturalSof does not add anything to it nor does it remove anything from it. Calcium carbonate (limescale) is used to create a soft, non-bonding limescale crystal, of which the majority ends up in the drain.

NaturalSof consists of a lead free non-sacrificial catalytic core enclosed in a stainless steel (304) tube that is non-reactive. Flow rate is directly related to Naturalsof’s effectiveness. The device will not function effectively if there is insufficient flow. It is important not to oversize.
