The NaturalSof Mini has been specifically designed for applications requiring extremely low flow rates, such as coffee machines and humidifiers. By creating a soft, non-bonding limescale crystal, NaturalSof PRO utilizes the properties of calcium carbonate (limescale). The crystals are less than one micron in size. The Naturalsof BB combines the convenience of Naturalsof’s hard water protection with the water saving aspects of cartridge-based filtration. The activated carbon block cartridges provide greater chlorine and chloramine reduction performance than granular carbon and are therefore ideal for municipal water with minimal sediment. A reusable 5 micron pleated cartridge is available for well water to remove dirt, sand, silt, and sediment.

Providing high quality and delicious drinking water at every tap, Naturalsof 6L combines Naturalsof’s hard water protection with a unique blend of high quality filtration media. The 6L uses an automatic backwashing valve to regenerate the filtration media every 21 days. Do I notice a difference in the quality of my water after using this product?

When you use natural soap as opposed to untreated hard water, soap will wash off more easily from your skin and hair. Unlike water softeners, there will be no slick or slippery feeling.

Can I drink treated water?

Is Naturalsof compatible with well water?

Water from wells that is high in iron (>4ppm) may pose a problem for Naturalsof. In addition to the Naturalsof unit, Naturalsof offers an option that will remove Iron, Manganese, and Sulfate from well water.

How long is the Naturalsof warranty?

Naturalsof is backed by a one-year satisfaction guarantee. If your Naturalsof is not performing to your satisfaction, you may return it for a full refund of the product price, but not for installation or removal costs.

How long does the Naturalsof last?

Naturalsof alloy is expected to last for a period of 10 years. As long as 15 years may be possible in some cases.

What is the reason for its short lifespan of 15 years? Dissolves the core?

Calcium carbonate precipitates as an insoluble crystal as a result of Naturalsof. There is still CaCO3 in this crystal, but it is in a slightly altered form. Water will simply carry these microscopic crystals to a drain. As naturally occurring minerals, they are completely safe to consume.

After installation, how long will it take for a difference to be noticed?

If you wish to wash out the existing scale, this depends on how much is present and how frequently the fixture is used. In about a month, a fixture that is used daily should appear cleaner. The water heater tank should be drained after about a month. Limescale chunks may come out. Limescale particles may clog aerators during the cleaning process.

Is it possible to keep my water softener if I wish to do so?

Installing a Naturalsof before a water softener can improve the efficiency of the softener by reducing the frequency of regenerations required. As a result, less water is wasted and less salt is required.

Does it work in my dishwasher?

Although Naturalsof reduces spotting in dishwashers, high heat dry cycles can make it difficult to prevent spotting. There is a simple solution to eliminate spotting on glasses with Lemi-shine.

Can it be used in my swimming pool?
