Alex Bonillas, owner of Airzona Heating and Cooling began in the trade more than a decade ago with one of the major companies here in Tucson in residential and light commercial applications.
Repairing and installing units became second nature, working his way up the industry through maintenance, customer service, to becoming a Service Technician. The greatest impact came from working under an award-winning technician for about 2 years who now owns his owns / operates his own technical training programs in Phoenix, AZ and Orange County, CA. He would work for five more companies in town, 2 of the 5 he said really knew what they were doing. One thing they had in common though, outrageous, over the top pricing. Some had a 70% mark up!
