Job Description:
Problem: Customer called in with concern about a leak under a slab on concrete.
Solution: A leak detection was performed to pinpoint the location of the leak. In order to perform repair, we had to sawcut a portion of the concrete right after the meter box to gain access to the main sewer line. We performed a repair using copper (3/4) new ball valve and a new meter nipple. Performed a test to make sure no leaks were occurring. The area was reinstated and concrete was restored to its original condition.
