Solution: We propose the installation of a complete HVAC system replacement consisting of a high-efficiency single-stage American Standard gas furnace, 17 SEER Mullti-speedcondenser, matching indoor evaporator coil, and a new smart thermostat, along with professional ductwork cleaning to improve system efficiency and indoor air quality.
